Expired Product Returns

Lilly authorized wholesalers/distributors and entities licensed to dispense or administer Lilly product may return expired product for reimbursement consideration. If your specific contract includes policies that differ from our standard Return Goods Procedure, follow the policies in your contract.

For return authorization (RA), please email completed debit memo to customerservice@qualanex.com or visit Qualanex.com to create an RA. For questions regarding return reimbursement claims, please email returnedgoods@lilly.com.
